A calibration kit consists of 8 to 12 well-characterized standards of one polymer type with different molar masses. The kit documentation includes a calibration report showing the calibration curve prepared with the individual standards and certificates of analysis for each individual standard.
PSS kits come either with a selection of single standards to be weight in separately or as ReadyCals consisting of polymer cocktails preweighted into 1.5 or 4 mL autosampler vials (10 mL for High Temperature GPC).
ReadyCal Kits are polymer cocktails preweighted into autosampler vials for the convenient calibration of GPC/SEC/GFC systems. Each of the 3 different color-coded vials contains three to four individual standards of the same type with different, carefully selected, molar masses. Different vial sizes are available. Each ReadyCal kit, with the exception of Dextran and Pullulan, has 3 x 10 vials for at least 10 calibrations.
